- Delivery in Belgium: 1–3 business days after dispatch

2. Shipping CostsDisplayed automatically at checkout based on destination and weight. All products are carefully packaged using eco-friendly and recyclable materials to protect both the items and the environment. We aim to meet delivery timelines, but delays may occur due to courier issues or external factors (holidays, weather, strikes, etc.), for which we cannot be held responsible.
3. Order ConfirmationAfter placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.
Once the package is shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number (if provided by the carrier).
4. ReturnsYou have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU online commerce regulations.
5. Return Conditions
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- For hygiene reasons, unsealed cosmetic products cannot be returned
- Jewelry can only be returned in case of defect
6. Return Shipping CostsPaid by the customer.

7. Damaged or Incorrect ProductsIf you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please send a photo within 48 hours of delivery.
